When my co-worker Jessica was young, she loved the United States president Ronald Reagan. One year for Halloween, she dressed as a bag of jelly beans addressed to the president. Jelly beans were his favorite candy.
I think it is funny and cute for a child to look up to the president, a middle aged man.
I snuck into Jess’s office at work and snooped through her desk drawers. I found an archive of letters she wrote him. Hopefully she won’t mind me reposting!
